MATCH-DAY TWO FIXTURES

It is worth recalling that Masaka Giants narrowly clinched the 2024 championship title with 34 points, edging out Ntinda United, who finished with 31 points. The close margin has fueled a competitive rivalry between the two sides, making this fixture one of high stakes and intense emotions.

AS IT STANDS BY END OF MATCH-DAY ONE

Masaka Giants Ludo Club, the defending national champion of the 2024 season, will aim to successfully defend their title. The top two (2) clubs at the conclusion of the season will earn the opportunity to represent Uganda in the Africa Ludo Clubs Championship, while the bottom two (2) clubs will face relegation.

Masaka Giants will rely on the experience and leadership of Matovu Huzaifah, who is expected to play a pivotal role in defending their home turf. On the other hand, Ntinda United will look to their key player Karamaji Moses to inspire their performance as they seek redemption and an early-season statement victory.
